Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. Because some countries are undeliverable, we will contact you if we cannot ship to those countries.

How do you ship packages and what are the rates?

To ensure the best logistics efficiency and optimal stock availability, your orders are dispatched directly from our primary supply chain warehouse in China via reliable international carriers such as DHL, USPS, and AirMail (depending on the product weight and size).

We offer transparent shipping rates based on your order value and destination:

Orders $79 and Over: We offer FREE Standard Shipping worldwide.

Orders Under $79 (United States): A flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged at checkout.

Orders Under $79 (Rest of the World): A flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 will be charged at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. All orders have a processing time of 1 - 2 business days for verification, quality check, and packaging before dispatch. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@evkitt.com.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
